menengaispring.com for a Nakuru Water Refill Service

// HOW IT WAS MADE
01 PICK THE RIGHT DRAFT Two versions of the design existed. Shipped the refill-focused one and retired the draft built on health claims the business could not prove.
02 SAME STACK Cloned the charcoal site’s WordPress setup, so both businesses are maintained, backed up, and mailed from the same pattern.
03 ORDER PATH No cart and no form. Every service card and button opens WhatsApp, because that is where Nakuru customers already order water.
04 PROOF, NOT PROMISES Five named treatment stages and an invitation to ask for the water-quality report, in place of adjectives about purity.
05 SEARCH + SHARE LocalBusiness schema with the four services as an offer catalog, local titles and descriptions, and share images kept small enough for WhatsApp previews.
06 SHIP Docker behind Nginx Proxy Manager and Cloudflare, with the owner editing every line from one settings screen.

One page, read top to bottom the way a customer decides: what is this, how does it work, can I trust the water, how do I order.

No cart, no account, no form. The customer already orders on WhatsApp, so every button starts that conversation instead of competing with it.

01 // THE PROBLEM

A refill business in Nakuru swaps empty 18.9 L dispenser bottles for full, sanitised, sealed ones, for homes, offices, and events. The customer is local, busy, and already on WhatsApp, so a cart and checkout would only get in the way. The harder problem was trust: drinking water invites health claims, and an earlier draft of the design leaned on claims the business could not stand behind.

02 // THE APPROACH

Chose the refill-focused, carefully worded version of the design over the earlier draft and built it as a custom WordPress theme on the same stack as its sister site, menengaicharcoal.com. The page runs in the order a customer thinks: how the swap works, four services (a refill, a new bottle, regular delivery, bulk supply), and the five treatment stages from borehole through filtration, reverse osmosis, UV, and a sealed bottle. Instead of promising purity, the page invites the customer to ask for the water-quality report and says what that report should show. There are no products, carts, or forms: every call to action opens WhatsApp with the order started. LocalBusiness schema lists the four services, and all copy lives on one settings screen that can never blank a field it was not sent.

03 // THE RESULT

A Nakuru household or office can see what is offered, how the water is treated, and how to order in a single scroll, and ordering is one tap into a conversation the business already runs. The claims on the page are ones the business can back up. [Add order volume once the WhatsApp line has been live for a month.]
