01 // THE PROBLEM

A growing psychiatric and counseling practice needed a site that could explain its services to people in a difficult moment, establish clinical credibility, and reliably deliver consultation requests — the last part being where most practice sites quietly break.

02 // THE APPROACH

Ran the project end to end: directed a copywriter on tone for a clinical audience and a designer on the logo and visual identity, then built the site in WordPress — services, clinician bios, insurance coverage, and testimonials, with booking calls to action on every page. Added Google Analytics for traffic and conversion tracking, and routed all transactional mail through Mailgun SMTP so intake forms never land in a spam folder.

03 // THE RESULT

A calm, credible practice site with a booking path on every screen and form delivery the clinic can verify — no more wondering whether an inquiry arrived.
